Book AppointmentWhat We Treat at the Walk-In Clinic
Our walk-in clinic in Milton handles the everyday illnesses and minor injuries that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. You will be seen by a physician, not triaged away.
Colds & Flu
Fever, cough, congestion and the symptoms that come with seasonal viruses.
Sore Throat & Strep
Assessment and testing for throat infections, including strep.
Ear & Sinus Infections
Earache, sinus pressure and infections that need prompt treatment.
Minor Injuries
Sprains, strains, small cuts and minor wounds.
Rashes & Skin Concerns
New rashes, skin irritation and other concerns worth a closer look.
Urinary Tract Infections
Assessment, testing and treatment for suspected UTIs.
Prescription Renewals
Renewals for ongoing medications when you cannot reach your regular prescriber.
Sick Notes
Documentation for work or school following an assessment.
If you are having chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or any other medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. A walk-in clinic is not the right place for emergency care.
What to Bring
Ontario Health Card
Bring your valid Ontario health card to every visit so we can confirm your record.
Your Medications
A list of what you currently take, including doses. A photo of the labels works just as well.
Photo ID
A driver's licence or other photo identification helps us confirm your record quickly.
More Than a Walk-In
Many walk-in clinics see you once and send you on your way. At Hale Medical Centre, the physician who treats you today is part of a practice that offers continuing family medicine and internal medicine care on the same site.
Our team includes Dr. Okerie Oghale (family medicine), Dr. Sana Rahman (family medicine) and Dr. Pooja Kharbanda (internal medicine and nephrology). That means a walk-in visit can lead straight into ongoing care when something needs following up, rather than starting over elsewhere.
We also offer kidney care, weight management, menopause care and vaccinations. See all of our services.
Our Milton location on Main Street East is easy to reach from across town, and our physicians are currently accepting new patients if you are looking for a family doctor.
